These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the HR Software-as-a-Service (“Platform”) provided by Rymsys Private Limited (“Rymsys”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By accessing or using our Platform, you (“User”, “Client”, or “Organization”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
Rymsys Private Limited is an India-based technology company providing cloud-based HR SaaS solutions, including but not limited to employee management, payroll, attendance, recruitment, performance management, and compliance tools.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
You must be legally authorized to represent your organization.
Use of the Platform must comply with all applicable Indian laws.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
Rymsys is not responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
Certain features are available only under paid subscription plans.
Fees are billed as per the selected plan (monthly/annually).
All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Taxes including GST shall be applicable as per Indian law.
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to access restricted areas or data
Copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Platform
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
Clients retain ownership of their employee and business data.
Rymsys processes data solely to provide services.
We implement industry-standard security measures.
Our Privacy Policy governs data handling and protection.
Rymsys provides tools to assist with HR and payroll compliance.
Final responsibility for statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, labor laws, etc.) lies with the Client.
Rymsys is not liable for penalties due to incorrect data entry or misuse.
All software, designs, logos, and content belong to Rymsys Pvt. Ltd.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform.
No intellectual property rights are transferred to the User.
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
Rymsys is not liable for business losses due to service interruptions.
Rymsys may suspend or terminate access if:
These Terms are violated
Payments are overdue
Illegal or abusive usage is detected
Users may terminate their account by providing written notice as per their subscription plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Rymsys shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the last 6 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold Rymsys harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising due to:
Violation of these Terms
Breach of applicable laws
Misuse of the Platform
Rymsys reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and continued usage constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts located in Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
